WHAT I DO

Editing — offline and online editing, story editing, rough cut to fine cut, rhythm and dramaturgy, versioning for cinema, exhibition, broadcast, documentary and social formats.

Post production — post supervision, colour, sound design and sound assembly, VFX and compositing, titles and motion design in After Effects, delivery and mastering.

Ghost producing — complete production and post pipelines developed, planned and delivered on behalf of artists, brands and studios, from concept to installed work.

In 2026 Dominique qualified as a Certified AI Manager (KI-Manager/in), examined and certified by Cert-IT in Cologne following a programme at STARTPLATZ. The certificate serves as formal proof of AI competence under Article 4 of the EU AI Act and covers the strategic side of working with AI: planning and running AI projects end to end, prompt engineering and the effective use of current AI tools, building applications, chatbots and agents with APIs and IDEs, process automation, market and trend analysis, and the ethical and legal frameworks for safe, trustworthy and compliant AI. It is the formal backing for the AI workflows he now builds in practice: agent-based automation, knowledge briefings and data-driven campaign work.

Besides these projects, he participated in the creation of BREACHER. A collaborative and experimental film, for which he co-wrote the script and theoretical framework, did the video editing and postproduction, and created the sound design. BREACHER premiered at Julia Stoschek Foundation in August 2025. 

From 2018 to 2025 Dominique worked as personal assistant, producer and video editor to Henrike Naumann, developing, planning and producing all of her artworks. Naumann was a German installation artist who became known for her large-scale furniture installations, often built from wall units of the 1990s. In 2026 she represented Germany at the 61st Venice Biennale, sharing the German Pavilion with Sung Tieu in the exhibition RUIN, curated by Kathleen Reinhardt. In her work she explored the relationship between furniture and interior design and political and social issues.
His role covered the full production chain: planning, organising and structuring the logistics for all of the artworks, including storage and transport, and adapting and installing the immersive installations into the architectural spaces of nationally and internationally renowned museums, art institutions and biennials. Alongside this he produced her video pieces — concept, storyboard, dramaturgy, filming on 4K, VHS and cellphone formats, editing, special effects and animation in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects — and he designed her artist books, interviews and exhibition texts in Adobe InDesign.

Alongside this, he has been collaborating with Anta Helene Recke in the production for her new video pieces for the Berlin program Künstlerische Forschung. Which premiered as a three parts Video performance piece at Sophiensäle Berlin in October 2025

Dominique is currently finishing his newest, upcoming publication called HOLE. HOLE offers a sprawling and intense collection of prose and poetry fragments that explore themes of tumultuous relationships, sexual encounters, and introspective meditations. Mainly focusing on topics such as the nature of poetry, queer existence, societal critiques, just as the complexities of modern life.  Going to be self-published in 2026.
